After a busy Christmas we've made it in to 2014! It was so nice to take a little break from the kitchen and relax. After the last cake was delivered on Christmas Eve, we could each return to our homes, put our feet up and indulge in the festivities. But as soon as New Year arrived we were straight back in to the kitchen to create our first cake of the year, a Wizard of Oz cake. This was a special cake we created for Tabitha who was celebrating her 6th birthday. It needed lots of glitter and a special vanilla, rainbow sponge inside. We really had fun creating this cake and hope that Tabitha had a fantastic day and enjoyed her cake.
2014 is shaping up to be one of our busiest years and we are really excited to be helping people create their dream cakes. We will be out and about this year and hope to see you at some of the great events taking place.
